Main variety marketed. Its skin turns dark when it reaches the maturity to be consumed. Nutty flavour. High percentage of dry matter (24-31%) depending on the time of harvesting.

Variety used as pollinator in coastal areas. It occupies the autumn months in the Canary Islands market. Creamy flesh and good flavour. Smooth, thin skin that does not change colour when ripe.

Small tree with large-sized fruit. Rough skin that does not change colour when ripe.

Late harvesting and round appearance. Large size and smooth, thick skin. The flesh is of an intense yellow colour, with large seeds. Intense flavour and high percentage of dry matter.
